Our fees are subject to applicable discounts
Base Fees for IRS Federal Tax Return
This is our base fee for the Federal Tax Return Forms. Depending on the number of forms and schedules the total fee may vary.
All fees are subject to our discount rates of 10% for students, 15% for military and 20% for seniors age 62 and above.
Base Fees for State Tax Return
The base fee for State Tax Return Preparation is $90, however, we do allow for low-income taxpayers at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines a reduced rate.
Both Federal and State returns may require additional forms or schedules based on IRS or State Laws. So, the total fee may vary on a case-by-case basis.
We comply with all Federal and State laws when preparing your tax return. The fee we charge is the same for all taxpayers.

Consulting Fees
Sign up on a regular hourly rate per individuals at $59.00 per hour, or we can bill every 3 months =$150.00. No credit allowed on tax return fees for previous consultations!
New Client First Year Discounts
Mobile Tax Associates applies a 5% discount applied to tax preparation, remote payroll, bookkeeping, business services, tax advisory services and tax law consulting

Individual & Schedule C Bookkeeping
We do bookkeeping services on a monthly basis for individuals and small business sole-proprietors!
Small Business, LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp Bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping for small business to partnerships using Quickbooks or Xero to prepare Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss and bank reconciliation billed monthly.
Remote Payroll Services with Workful
Mobile Tax will provide remote payroll services for a one-person monthly payroll at $55 per month, $59 billed quarterly for 941 filing, state tax reporting and Department of Labor reporting. Fees may vary depending on the number of employees or independent contractors on payroll. A $59 setup fee applies to new payroll processing. Both check and direct deposit available, and employee and employer online access.
